Jennifer Rivera is a dynamic bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Executive, trainer, mentor, motivator and executive coach, specializing in various coaching practices.  In her years of experience she has worked with individuals ranging from corporate, the armed forces to non-profit.

Jennifer's unique style allows her to bring herself into the present moment -- in totality -- and to create a safe space where trust, genuineness and open dialogue occurs.  It is during this process that individuals open up and are able to look into themselves -- to see themselves separate from their egos -- who they really are -- their potential -- their limitless possibilities.  Each encounter is a unique learning experience -- there are no templates -- each person is a special being with a purpose.

Jennifer's talent is her holistic approach to uncovering each person's  dormant passion and potential by helping individuals define their authenticity and to find their center of influence -- personally and professionally.

Jennifer has the exceptional ability to work with individuals from an integrated "total person" perspective that balances individual growth and teamwork, which allows the discovery, development and expansion of internal resources already in existence bringing to the forefront the passion within.

Jennifer draws from her personal experiences as a catalyst:  personal, military, corporate, non-profit and human resources background  to create her style that uses the "whole-person" approach, creating a trust factor that allows openness and straight forwardness -- enabling individuals to see their potential -- creating sustainable transformation.

Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from the The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hunter College.   She holds a post-graduate certificate in Organizational Behavior and is a Certified Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner.
